We offer a range of individual and family health insurance plans for any budget or coverage need. Review the Summary of Benefits to find out more about each plan's benefits and out-of-pocket expenses.

Open Enrollment runs from Nov. 1, 2016 – Jan. 31, 2017. You must enroll by Dec. 15 for coverage starting Jan. 1, 2017. Our plans are available for those living in South Dakota. 

Note: If you are looking for coverage for prior to Jan. 1, 2017, you will need a qualifying life-event in order to apply for new health insurance coverage or update your current coverage.

2017 Plans for South Dakota

Premium tax credits can lower your monthly premium. These tax credits can be used on all plan levels: Gold, Silver, Bronze or Catastrophic. 

Gold Plans

Silver Plans

Cost share reductions are extra savings that lower the amount you have to pay for deductibles, co-pays and coinsurance. These extra savings can only be used on Silver plans.

Bronze Plans

Catastrophic Plan

To qualify for this plan you must be under the age of 30 before Jan. 1 or qualify for a federal hardship exemption.

Silver Plans

Tax credits to help with your monthly premium and assistance to reduce health care costs for co-pays, deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums are only available with Silver plans.

You can apply tax credits to help with reducing your monthly premium on any metal plan. American Indians and Native Alaskans may also be eligible for additional assistance.

Bronze Plans

Catastrophic Plan

To qualify for this plan you must be under the age of 30 before Jan. 1 or qualify for a federal hardship exemption.
