LiveNOW is an online well-being program that assists you with making choices that enhance your mental, physical, emotional and financial health.
A Convenient Tool to Track Your Health
Maintaining a healthy lifestyle can be difficult when balancing work, life and well-being. Tracking your health can make the process easier. Along with various health tracking features, LiveNOW provides educational articles on:

We want to encourage you to take control of your health, strive for new goals or manage ongoing health issues using our well-being tool.
LiveNOW technology can be accessed anywhere you have internet access, either at work, home or on-the-go by using our mobile app.
- To get started, search inhealth wellbeing in your phone's app store (App Store or Google Play) and download
- Create an account
- Enter the Company ID. Your Company ID will be LIVENOW unless your company has contracted additional LiveNOW services. In this case you will have a special Company ID. Please reach out to your HR to verify.
- Complete all information in the sign-up form. Note: Your password must be between 8 and 15 character. It must contain at least one number and one special character.
- After creating your account, you'll be taken back to the Login/Create Account screen where you'll then click "Login"
