Our Customer Care team is here to help with questions about your coverage, benefits, or billing.

Schedule An In-Person Appointment

Members are welcome to stop by during business hours, or you can call Customer Service to schedule an in-person appointment to discuss your plan. Scheduling ahead helps ensure the right team members are available and allows us to prepare for your questions in advance.


Hearing & Language Assistance

If You’re Hearing Impaired

TDD/TTY services are available by calling 711 (or 800-877-1113 from outside South Dakota). Request the state Relay staff to connect you to our Customer Care Center at 888-322-2115.

If You Require Language Assistance

Our Customer Care Center offers translation services in more than 100 languages to help members receive information about benefits and how to access medical services.
