Avera Preferred Plans, new for large businesses in 2021, provide the best value for your employers and connect employees to cost savings and comprehensive benefits. These plans combine the strength of the Avera network with more than 1,200 providers and the cost-savings of $0 co-pays for primary care, urgent care and chiropractic visits. Large groups that operate in Minnehaha, Lincoln or Brown counties in South Dakota are now eligible for an Avera Preferred Plan product.
You'll also appreciate our Avera Benefit Solution, an innovative quoting model which gives you the freedom and flexibility to choose benefits that are affordable and essential to your employees. Select the following options to determine the premium:
