We assist members by phone and email with benefit questions and connecting them to Avera Health Plans services.

Our best kept secret is our dedicated service center representatives. You can stop and visit us at any of our locations as we also have benefit counselors available to answer your questions, walk you through enrollment or helping you navigate your health benefits.
