Gold plans have the best coverage. They feature lower deductibles and lower out-of-pocket expenses when you go to the doctor. The richer coverage offered by Gold plans results in higher monthly premiums.

On- and Off-Exchange Plans

These plans can be purchased directly through Avera Health Plans or on Healthcare.gov – and you may qualify for financial assistance through tax credits (discounted monthly premiums.)

Off-Exchange Only Plans

There are no Gold plans available for direct purchase through Avera Health Plans.

Silver Plans

2026 Silver Plans

On- and Off-Exchange Plans

These plans can be purchased directly through Avera Health Plans or on Healthcare.gov and offer the most opportunity to save through cost share reductions. You may qualify for cost share reductions (discounted co-pays, coinsurance and deductibles), offered only on Silver plans, and tax credits (discounted monthly premiums), which are applicable to all ACA plans.

Off-Exchange Only Plans

These plans are not sold on Healthcare.gov, meaning they do not qualify for extra savings. They are only available for direct purchase through Avera Health Plans.
